1. Meet the general eligibility requirements in the Screenwest Terms of Trade * Required
2. Hold the underlying rights to the project(s) at the time of application. * Required
3. Be an individual writer, director or producer or creative team. * Required
4. Be able to attend all of the Feature Navigator dates (4 consecutive days in March - April) * Required
5. Develop the scripted feature film to be made in Western Australia for Australian and international theatrical release. * Required
