2. Hold the underlying rights to the project at the time of application. * Required
3. Be an individual writer, a writing team or a writer and director and/or producer team. * Required
4. Be able to attend all of the Tele-Navigator consultation times. * Required
5. Be developing the scripted television series for broadcast/distribution to the Australian and international markets. * Required
